Its a fake gentlemen for some reason this troll keeps coming back
Yep, as Kayla, KHowe, KH666, and several other aliases. They post pictures, some aren't even the same person, then disappear. Probably getting their jollies from private messages, pretending to be a woman.
99.999% sure it's a fake. They start profiles, post something, leave, then come back with another profile. If you click the name, this profile was started last Thursday, and they haven't been back
Probably already started another profile.
