I’m then able to save up my points and cash them in from the list of rewards. While i think the concept of it can be interesting, i don't really understand some of the "rewards" in your example list.

i see it as a sort of T&D play with the "rewards" being the "tease" and not fulfilling enough tasks to be able to earn a reward the "denial".
