Girlfriend first, cuckolding later. You cannot be "cucked" by anybody who is not your spouse.

Should you as a male tell a prospective partner what you are packing? Well, that's a very personal decision! Personally, i would not. TBH it would seem weird. Hopefully we all know that having expectations makes no sense as there is a wide range of sizes and unless you see a guy naked you will never know. Would you tell a Woman on a first date or while flirting that you have a medium-sized or a large penis? i don't think that would be an appropriate part of the conversation.
