Cartels are a little active in those areas and east coast accessibility to Eleuthera is easy. JS

Not in the state of Jalisco which is where these areas are located. You run the risk of any type of crime where ever you travel.

I'm sure you could get one out of Florida but usually you fly into San Diego which is a party all by itself, then cruise on down. You can't be afraid of life, just don't lose yourself in entitlement and be cautious.
