Hi everyone...So does anyone know if Bourbon St bars are open....planing a trip to NOLA but if things ain’t open don’t want to go.looking for Valentines weekend.
according to my buddy who lives there, they went back to phase one protocols, so...no, the bars aren't open, at least not for indoors seating. they may be selling drinks to go but otherwise, it's very quiet there bar-wise, live music-wise, etc
