Any good adult only type hotels in Vegas that are recommended?

Vegas for some reason it’s not great for the lifestyle when it comes to party’s. Things that work for us have been post on a dating site your dates and meet for drinks then back to your room.
But outside of Vegas

We are looking at the artisan hotel. Have you heard of it ?
Yeah that's a good one actually
They have done lifestyle events and they have topless pool but the hotel is old and run down, and the times we went to the pool party events it was only us and another couple so we wouldn’t recommend it. The other thing you can do is if you don’t have a set date go on a date they have the hotel take overs.
