    I'd like to extend on BusterW's helpful suggestion. Perhaps you could make a list of all the available gyms with in your acceptable geographic range.

    Also cross check the list for which gyms are likely to have the US military presence with the black military men that could be likely to be working out at these public places with the perfect environment to get to know potential interesting candidates.

    Maybe or maybe not there is a way to access to the bases to facilities including gyms and pools and other public places where people could have these opportunities for chance meetings of mutually attracted people. If not, well then hopefully some very close to base.

    As far as attraction and the Law of Attraction theory, perhaps if you two see it happening and imagine in happening in your mind, then they will CUM!!!
