Sorry I missed this question. Normally I barely notice it or remember it's there, unless I'm wearing a ring that goes through the bars of a cage. Then it can pinch a bit at the tip sometimes. Nothing excruciating, but every once in a while it's hard to remain discrete for that brief moment. When peeing caged, I have to sit down and hold my balls back and out of the way, but that was the case before the piercing as well. When not caged but wearing a ring, I usually turn the tip upside down so the ring can be held from the top, where it won't interfere with the stream. If I don't do that, there's no telling which direction everything will go.
