When she is starting to take selfies like this (and the other one) she is staring to enjoy her body, and also enjoy that others will take a lot of pleasure from seeing it .. May be ask her to read some of the replies and and send a new selfie to them! .... I do think that slowly she will take the step to enjoying other people's bodies and giving her body to them ... while you watch.
