lol I don't think she's talking to her grandma tbh. I think she's either talking to her boyfriend or her husband. If you listen to right before she hangs up, she says "Ok, bye bye". If it was her grandma, she would have said something like "Ok bye, love you grandma". I guess you can also say that same thing about the boyfriend too. You can say "Well, then she should have said "Ok, bye love you babe"". Both are true. I'm not entirely sure if it's because of the cultural differences where they just don't say "I love you" to their loved ones on the phone or if she was in a rush to get fucked from behind hard. Also, why would someone's grandma be asking them about their appointments? It's a bit strange to me because that's typically what you say to your girlfriend/boyfriend/husband/wife. I guess if you're really close to your grandma then telling your grandma your appointments are ok I guess. Just very odd to me.
Regardless who's on the other end of the phone, they won't have to worry about her dentist appointment the next day.
The dentist already gave her a good 'ol thick black toothbrush to brush her teeth with. The oral dentist himself even gave her some BBC toothpaste to use on her teeth and in her mouth.
