I talk A LOT with my boyfriend. Once I got the invite I started talking to some guys I had been chatting with and realized a few of them were already going to it. That made my feel more comfortable.
But really it was my friend. He went with me. And I told him I was worried I'd get in my head and not have as much fun as I wanted. And asked him to throw me under the bus. He made a few comments to the guys about the things I wanted but was too chicken to say. It turned out to be amazing!
Oh, and there were two other girls there, so they helped a TON!
