That’s a lot of work to have an average guy physique, not trying to be an ass… I mean, if you came from 300 pounds down to that it would be impressive.

i squat 505lbs trapbar deadlift 345 landmine row 225lbs pictures dont do justice. But if you look at the other 2 pics i have from 2020 youll notice a significant change in mass.
Trap bar is easy. Try actually squatting that. Right now I’m at 420 squat single rep, 585 deadlift for two on a good day and bench 375 385 for two reps. I do landmine row’s every once in a blue moon. I do dumbbell rows, but the gym only has 125lbs dumbbells at the moment. I’m in for 6-8 reps on those. Seriously I wasn’t trying to be an asshole but progress is progress. I’ve been struggling for a 600 pound deadlift for the last three months and trying to break 405 on the bench for about two months so I’m pretty pissed lol.
im dojng 5x5 squat, trapbar deadlift landmine row 3 times a week. Im not bodybuilding. i use to squat the trap bar til 345 then stopped didnt need it. i chose not to straight bar deadlift cause i dont fell like scraping my shins. Bench i dont bother with anymore.
