Just two questions for now.
1) what part of Africa are you in.
2) what line of work are you in.
Have been to Africa to climb Mount Kilimanjaro and to go on a photo Safari years ago. We had a friend who had a friend to set up both visits. We had our own personal guide with in the group. Quite knowledgeable both in the time climbing and picture taking as well as seeing to it we saw the beautiful capital city and all its sights and markets not on the tourist maps. He met us at the Air Port complete with Cab and driver.
